I made this little purse out of a great tutorial, well I have to say that's not from that tutorial but I just can't find it and it's not so different except the way the pattern is drawn. Anyway the final result will be more or less like this one.

giant pincushion sew along

I decided to join Vickie from spun sugar quilts and make a giant pincushion.
On the background you can see some tomatos, red and yellow (delicious).

table runner

If you are a moda bake shop follower you probably have seen this table runner.
I made mine with square corners and didn't sew the buttons on the flowers appliqué.
